Visual Thinking Inc. & The Visual-Lean Institute

Visual Thinking Inc. (formerly Quality Methods International/QMI) was established by Dr. Galsworth in 1991 as a consulting, training and research firm, specializing in the visual workplace.

The Visual-Lean^® Institute was formed in 2005 to train and license internal and external instructors and consultants in all nine core courses or visual workplace technologies. We are a virtual institute, holding trainings across the USA and in the UK, Europe, and Australia.

With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience implementing the visual workplace—and over 35,000 actual visual solutions in our database—our commitment is to provide you with the knowledge, know-how, skills, understanding, and confidence you need to turn your organization into a visual enterprise…where what is supposed to happen does happen because of visual solutions.
